Terms and conditions of use

Our secure shopping site allows you to order any of our products quickly and easily online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.

To buy any item just click on the ADD TO CART icon.  Your item will be put in your personal on-line shopping cart.  You can then either continue shopping or finalise you purchase by going through our online secure check-out procedure.

You can review your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of all our pages. Therefore if you wish to amend your shopping list or finalise your purchase, you can do so quite easily.
 
CHECKOUT PROCEDURE AND  PAYMENT OPTIONS
When purchasing items from i2 kids, payment can be made using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or your Paypal account, through our secure online payment gateway. 

Click on the cart once you have finished shopping.   You have two options: 1. to log in to your account and proceed, or 2. by going through the "Express Checkout" and therefore completing your billing and delivery address details. Press the SAVE button, and all items and delivery charges will be shown to you for review.  You will have the option of paying with you creditcard/paypal which will take you to our secure payment gateway, or paying by check by printing an invoice and sending your check or money order, payable to i2kids and posted to i2kids, PO Box 225, Kew East, 3102, Victoria.

You will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide on the checkout page.
 
 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

I2 Kids delivers to most international destinations. Proceed through checkout as above.  Postage to international destinations is calculated by weight, therefore postage is calculated during checkout when address details have been entered.   Postage costs will be displayed before payment is required.
I2 Kids accepts international payments, so if you live overseas and would like to send a special gift to a child living in Australia you can purchase through our site and let us gift wrap and send your order. 
 


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel part of or all or your order, provided it has not been posted. Please email i2 kids at info@i2kids.com.au if you wish to cancel or change your order.  Please note orders are dispatched within 12 to 24 hours of order placement.  If your order has already been posted and you wish to cancel it,  i2 kids must be notified, and items must be then be returned in there original condition.  Refunds will be made on the product price only, less the delivery charges.  The purchaser is responsibly for the return postage costs.
 

DISCLAIMER
 
While i2 kids makes every effort to ensure that all our products on display are in stock, sometimes out of stock situations may occur.  If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately, and offer you an alternative. 
 
REFUND POLICY
I2 Kids offers a money back guarantee on all our products. If you have received an item which is incorrect, damaged, or not suitable, we would be more than happy to offer a replacement on the product or refund within 14 days.  Please contact i2 kids by email at info@i2kids.com.au on instructions on how to return your product. You will be issued with an authorisation number and an address on where to return it.  Please allow 5 days following receipt of item for your refund.
 
Conditions:
* All returns must be made within fourteen days of receiving the item.

* Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the product price only (less shipping charges) as long as product is returned in its original saleable condition.  Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

*If your item arrives damaged or faulty, does not correspond with its description, or is not what you ordered we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and will cover the cost of the return postage. Please contact us immediately to report any damaged or faulty products.

*Reasonable care of the items in your possession must be taken which includes packaging the item for return to prevent damage.
